How do you clean mold off a car interior?
My car has started to smell. I did some investigating and realized that some groceries spilled on my backseat. Since I don't look in my backseat often, there's mold growing there now! How do I get rid of it?

“Mold is a pain. Thankfully with a few supplies, you can get rid of it! First, you’ll want to collect:
- Distilled white vinegar
- A spray bottle
- Gloves
- Protective eyewear
- A mask
- A scrubbing brush
When working with mold, it’s important to make sure you’re working in a well-ventilated space and protecting yourself. Mold can cause many issues, including negative health effects, so don’t skimp on the protection.
Once you have your supplies, remove any food remnants. Pour the distilled white vinegar into the spray bottle and douse the mold. Then, scrub it away. Let your car air out (make sure it’s in a safe location to do so) and then come back to check on it. You may have to do this multiple times depending on how much mold is growing in your car.
