How do you clean beige leather car seats?
I bought a new car about six months ago, and I love that it has leather seats. I also own three dogs and to say they’ve made the seats a mess is an understatement. How do you clean beige leather car seats?

Keeping beige leather car seats clean is difficult enough as it is. So with three canine companions, cleanliness becomes even more demanding! Luckily, cleaning leather seats isn’t too tricky as long as you clean them often and protect the leather.
To give the leather seats a thorough clean, you will need:
- Vacuum
- Cleaning solution
- Microfiber rags
- Leather conditioner
Before getting started, note that you can also use a store-bought cleaner. Just be sure to test it on a small hidden area first to confirm it won’t damage the leather. If you prefer to make your solution, mix five parts warm water with one part dishwashing soap.
Once you have the supplies and decided on a cleaning solution, follow these steps to clean your beige leather car seats:
- Vacuum the seats to remove loose dirt and debris
- Apply the solution to a microfiber cloth and scrub the seats while being careful not to oversaturate them
- Dry the seats using a fresh microfiber cloth
- Condition the leather using the instructions included with the product
- Repeat every few months or as needed
