That definitely sounds like a challenge, but there are ways to charge a Tesla without a home charger. Teslas can be charged at supercharger stations, which typically charge about $0.25 per KW.
You’ll need to sit and wait for your Tesla to charge, which can take anywhere from an hour to 12 hours of your day, depending on how empty your battery is. If you don’t have a charging station nearby, you might need to consider other options.
