How do you change the wiper blades on a BMW 5 Series F10?
I don’t want to mess up my wipers but I forgot to ask the people at the auto parts store to put them on for me after I bought them! I’m hoping changing the blades is pretty straightforward. How do I install new windshield wipers on my BMW 5 Series? It’s an F10 if that matters.

Putting on new wiper blades can be a little tricky the first time, but the process is a fairly simple one once you learn how to do it. To change the wiper blades on a
BMW
5 Series F10, follow these steps:- Prepare your wipers by stopping them halfway across your windshield, then pulling them gently up and away from the glass.
- Begin on the driver’s side. Press the release tab located where the blade meets the wiper arm, then pull the old wiper blade toward you to remove it.
- Carefully, slide on the new blade until you hear an audible click.
- Repeat this process on the passenger’s side, then return the wipers to the windshield.
- Test your wipers by turning them on the lowest setting to make sure that they’re functioning properly.
