I’ve noticed that the air in my Toyota Camry smells a bit musty as of late. After talking to my mechanic, he said I just need to replace the cabin air filter. How do I change a Toyota cabin air filter?

Changing the cabin air filter in your
Toyota Camry
regularly will help get rid of the musty smell and improve air quality in the vehicle.To change a Toyota cabin air filter, follow these steps:
- Open the glove box.
- Remove the dampener arm located on the left-hand side of the interior of the glove box.
- Pinch both sides of the glove box inward.
- Behind the glove box on the left-hand side, you should see the cabin air filter housing.
- Unclip both sides of the housing cover to remove it.
- Remove the old filter from the housing.
- Place the new filter into the housing and reclip the housing.
- Put the glove box back in place.
- Rehook the dampener arm, and you’re done!
