How do you change a tail light bulb?
One of the bulbs in my tail lights has gone out and, if I can, I’d like to fix it myself without having to take it to the mechanic. How do you change a tail light bulb?

Doing DIY fixes at home is a great way to save some money!
To change a tail light bulb, follow these steps:
- Locate the faulty bulb
- From the inside of your trunk, remove the fasteners from the lining to access the tail light housing
- Remove the bulb assembly from the lens by twisting
- Remove the faulty bulb from the socket
- Place the new bulb into the socket
- Re-install the bulb assembly into the tail light lens
- Put the trunk lining back in place
