How do you add another car to an Allstate policy?

I can tell that my Honda Civic needs new windshield wipers because when it rains, they're leaving a lot of streaks behind. I want to replace them myself, but this is the first car I’ve owned. This may sound like a silly question, but do all windshield wipers fit all cars?

What steps do I need to take to get someone off of my car loan? I bought a car with my brother during college, so we cosigned the loan. But he never uses the car anymore, I make the payments myself, and he doesn’t like the idea of having that legal responsibility.

My grandmother has reached the age where she no longer feels comfortable driving and decided to give me her car for my 21st birthday. The car runs great and has been sitting in her garage, almost untouched, for the last year or two. While driving it home, I noticed the smell of mildew and found some mold growing on the seats. How can I clean the mold off the vinyl seats?
