Your email or snail mail. When you signed up for your current plan, your insurance provider likely sent your information to your email or to your mailing address, so I would check these first!
Your online insurance account. Many insurance providers let you

The DMV. If you can’t find your information anywhere else, the DMV has information on all registered drivers. You will need your proof of insurance to do this, but as long as you are a registered driver, they will absolutely have your information.
