I’ve had my Chevy Tahoe for less than a year, and the air conditioning is already giving me some trouble. What are the details of Chevy’s Bumper-to-Bumper warranty?

Warranties can get complicated! The Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty for Chevy vehicles covers the entire vehicle for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty will handle repairs due to defects in materials or workmanship—but not any routine maintenance or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or alterations.
The Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty also includes tires and necessary towing to the nearest dealership for warranty-covered repairs. For new vehicles, Chevy also includes a Powertrain Limited Warranty for five years or 60,000 miles.
Other warranties from Chevy include an Emissions Control Systems Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Corrosion Protection, Rust-Through Protection, and a free first maintenance visit.
