Clean the decal and surrounding area with soapy, warm water
Use a hairdryer to heat up the decal’s glue
Use a credit card or something similar to get under the edge of the heated decal, which should peel right off
Use vinegar to remove the leftover residue
Wash and dry the area
Put a wax coating over it to protect the area
