How do I remove decals from my car without ruining the paint?
I bought a used car that had some decals on the body, but I want to remove them. How do I do this without damaging the paint?

Removing decals from your car is a great way to return your car to like-new condition. Fortunately, it’s far easier to do than you might think.
- Clean the decal and surrounding area with soapy, warm water
- Use a hairdryer to heat up the decal’s glue
- Use a credit card or something similar to get under the edge of the heated decal, which should peel right off
- Use vinegar to remove the leftover residue
- Wash and dry the area
- Put a wax coating over it to protect the area
