How do I remove crazy glue from my car paint?

I was fixing one of my kid's toys in my garage and I couldn't unscrew the bottle of crazy glue. I pulled really hard, and long story short, I accidentally got crazy glue on the side of my car. Is there any easy way to remove it from the paint?

“I’m so sorry that happened! I am happy to say that removing crazy glue is pretty simple—so no need to cry over spilled glue!
Just follow these steps:
  • Use warm water and soak the affected area.
  • Pour some acetone onto a cloth and gently rub the crazy glue.
  • Wipe away the glue while it’s soft.
Always remember to wear personal protective equipment when working with a solvent like acetone so that you don’t injure yourself!
Usually acetone won’t damage the paint. If it does, though, read your
comprehensive coverage
to see if such damage is covered—a new paint job can be a
costly repair
, and if you can’t pay out of pocket, it’s always worth it to check your coverage.
If you don’t have comprehensive coverage, it might be a good idea to look into adding it to your policy for moments like this. In order to make sure you’re getting the best deal, the
