Press and hold the HomeLink button located above your rearview mirror that you wish to program. An indicator light may let you know which button you’re programming

Unplug your garage door opener and bring the garage door remote over to your Acura. Hold the remote within 3 to 6 inches of the HomeLink button—at this point, the HomeLink system should recognize the remote and the indicator light should start to blink
