Included in your new model’s warranty, Volkswagen Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For most Volkswagen models, your warranty covers roadside assistance for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. However, there are some terms and conditions to the roadside services Volkswagen offers. For example, trip interruption services have a $500 maximum, excluding alcohol and fuel charges. They also don’t cover roadside services for damage caused by fire or vandalism.
