How do I get my Oklahoma driving record?

I’d like to verify that the points that were on my driving record were actually removed. How can I access my Oklahoma driving record?

You can get your Oklahoma driving record by requesting it from the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Simply head to the Oklahoma DPS website and complete the online form. You’ll need to provide your name, sexual identity (as listed on your driver’s license), Oklahoma driver’s license number, date of birth, and driver’s license issuance date.
The fee for your driving record, officially known as the Oklahoma DPS Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), is $25—unless you are over the age of 65, in which case it’s free. If you need your copy to be certified by the DPS, then there is an additional $3 fee. Finally, there is a $2.50 transaction fee to cover the cost of using your credit/debit card online.
Per state law, you are only allowed to obtain your MVR for the last three years.
Understanding your driving record is incredibly important, as it is a major factor affecting your
