How do I get my Nevada driving record?
I received a car insurance renewal notice from my current insurer yesterday. However, the price seemed a tad bit high, so I though I should check my driving record as a fail safe. How can I check my driving record in Nevada?

You can get your Nevada driving record by mail, in person, or online, but how you do it is entirely up to you. Here’s how to do each one step-by-step:
- By mail: Download the IR 002 Form from the Nevada DMV’s website. Fill it out, include a check or money order for either $7 (uncertified record) or $11 (certified record). Then, mail it to: DMV Records Section 555 Wright Way Carson City, NV 89711
- In person: Go to any Nevada DMV. Here you can use either the self-serve kiosk and get your driving record for $8, or you can get it from a clerk for $7.
- Online: Go to the Nevada DMV website, click the Internet tab, create a MyDMV account, and fill out the necessary information. Pay the fee, and you can get your driving record.
