My dad has a bad habit of using his phone when he’s driving, and I’m trying to get him to knock it off before he gets a ticket. I told him that the next time I was over I would set it up so he could use his phone hands-free—how do you connect Bluetooth to a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country?

You’re wise to try to get him to break that habit—it’s not only dangerous but also illegal in most states. You can connect Bluetooth to a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country through the UConnect infotainment system.
Press the button with the phone on it, then select Settings > Add Device. The system should now be discoverable from the phone’s Bluetooth menu, and you can continue pairing from there.
There are some folks online who report that not all 2010 Town and Countrys had Bluetooth functionality, so hopefully, your dad’s car does. But if not, aftermarket kits are available to add it on.
