How do I find my car insurance company?
I've been on autopay for my insurance for a long time, and for the life of me, I can't remember the name of my insurance company. How can I find that information?

It’s pretty easy to forget the name of your insurer, especially if you’ve set up autopay and don’t have to look at your bill every month! Luckily, there are a couple of ways you can recover this information.
First, check online. You likely have an email confirmation from your insurer in your inbox, which you can find by searching for common
insurance terms
or even your vehicle registration number. You can also put your vehicle registration number into the Motor Insurance Database (MID) to see if you have a valid policy on file.If you can’t find your insurance information that way, look through your paperwork. You likely have a physical copy of your policy, billing information, or other forms of literature from your insurer. You can also check your bank statements for charges to an insurance company. If you don’t want to look through the statements yourself, you can call your bank, too.
