How do I enable remote 3D view in my BMW?
I just got a new BMW, and I’m overjoyed about the 3D feature. I’ve always been a little shortsighted, and craning my head around to try and see what’s behind me has never been fun. However, I didn’t realize that I would have to set it up myself—I’m not great with tech, and I don’t want to accidentally screw up the settings. How do I activate my BMW remote 3D?

make sure that you’re driving safely
. I’m also happy to say that the setup is relatively simple.To enable remote 3D view in a BMW, just follow these instructions:
- Select Car on the screen on your dashboard, then Settings.
- Go to General Settings, and then select Data Privacy.
- Check your settings. If All services incl. analysis or All vehicle services are selected, congratulations—your remote 3D view is already set up!
- If Individual selection is selected instead, simply click on it and scroll to Remote 3D View to activate.
