We hear you. It’s really frustrating when you can’t get technology to work! Lexus added Android Auto capability to 2020 and newer Lexus models, so we should be able to help you. Here’s what you need to do:
Download the most recent version of the Android Auto App on your smartphone.
Allow permissions on your smartphone.
Use a USB cable to connect your smartphone to the USB port on your Lexus RX 350.
Press “Menu” on the Lexus infotainment screen.
Select “Android Auto” on the infotainment screen. Follow the on-screen prompts to give Android Auto permission to run. Then, you’re connected!
