To clean a convertible top you can buy a convertible-top cleaner online or in-stores.
Convertible tops are made of either canvas or vinyl. Make sure the cleaner you buy is for the correct material, although many convertible-top cleaners will work for both canvas or vinyl.
Once you have the cleaner, you’ll want to wet the entire convertible top, then spray the cleaner across the entire roof. Scrub the cleaner with a brush to activate. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes, scrub again, then wash it off.
