How do I check the tire pressure system on my Lexus?
I was rushing to get my prized Norwegian Lundehund, Carl, to the National Dog Show competition, but I was distracted by the tire pressure check light coming on—I almost missed the exit! Anyways, I got Carl there in time and he finished 1,993rd out of 2,000 dogs, which is actually better than last year. Anyways, how do I check the tire pressure system on my Lexus?

You can check your individual tire pressure on your
Lexus
by using your steering wheel’s scroll pad to cycle through the digital instrument cluster display before landing on the tire pressure screen.You’ll only have to scroll through about three screens before you see your tire pressure system displayed. You’ll see a bird’s-eye-view layout of your car, with four corresponding numbers beside each tire, indicating each tire’s pressure in pounds per square inch, or PSI. If the pressure on any of your tires is low, you’ll see a red square around the tire pressure for that tire.
If any of your tires are low on air, be sure to inflate it to its recommended level as soon as possible. Driving with low tire pressure can decrease your Lexus’s fuel economy, hamper your steering, or even cause a tire blowout. All three possible scenarios are dangerous, and all can cost you significant repair fees down the road. So, don’t ignore your tire pressure warning light—no matter what Carl says.
