How do I check the tire pressure in a Subaru Forester?
I recently got a Subaru Forester, so I’m not familiar with how to maintain one. What’s the best way to check tire pressure on a Subaru Forester?

To check the tire pressure on your Subaru Forester, take a look at the built-in tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) that will illuminate when your tire pressure falls below the recommended pressure.
Some common causes are seasonal temperature changes, punctures, and leaky valve stems. To turn your TPMS indicator light off, check the tire pressure on each of your tires—including the spare—using a basic pressure gauge tool. Fill each of the tires to the recommended pressure, which can be found in your Forester’s owner’s manual.
Once each of your tires is filled to the proper pressure, simply drive your Subaru around for a bit, and the light should turn off.
If it doesn’t, there may be an issue with one of your TPMS sensors. You’ll have to take your vehicle to the Subaru dealership for further evaluation.
