How do I check my driving record in Arizona?
I’ve noticed that my car insurance rates went up exponentially on my last renewal statement. Because of this increased cost, I want to make sure nothing is amiss on my driving record. How can I check my Arizona driving record?

You can easily check your driving record in Arizona. Just follow these simple steps:
- Activate your account or sign into your Arizona Motor Vehicle Department account athttps://azmvdnow.gov/home.
- Input all of the information necessary, including your full name, license number, date of birth, and Social Security number.
- Pay the $3 fee for a three-year record of $5 for a five-year record.
- Alternatively, you can get your driving record by going to your local DMV and filling out Form 46-4416 and paying the appropriate fee.
