How do I adjust the clutch pedal on a Honda Civic?

I’m one of the last people on Earth who knows how to drive a manual shift (or so I like to think). The only problem is that the new Civic’s clutch is in a weird position. How do I adjust the clutch pedal on my Honda Civic?

Congrats on being one of the last generations of stick-shift drivers! Driving a stick almost feels like you’re behind the wheel of a race car, so I get it!
To make your new car more comfortable, follow these steps to adjust the clutch pedal on a
Honda Civic
:
  • Open the engine compartment.
  • Facing the engine compartment, look toward the back right to locate where the clutch attaches to the firewall.
  • Have a friend depress the clutch to see where the clutch mechanism is moving.
  • Use a wrench to adjust the distance between the wire and the clutch mechanism.
Manual car drivers are a rarity in this day and age. Because manual transmissions deter theft (since no one can drive a manual), you should be able to find some
