I just got the newest Toyota Prius, which is a keyless push-to-start car. I’m a little confused about how to have the radio on but not the engine. How do I turn my car radio on if the car is off?

To turn the radio on when the car is off, you have to access accessory or ON mode. In a push-to-start vehicle, you’ll need to:
Put your car in park
Release your foot from the brake
Push the start button
This should turn your engine off but keep your vehicle on. You should now be able to continue using the radio and other car features without your engine being on.
While you’re getting acquainted with your new car, you should take some time to ensure that you have the best
