I came back to my car after a baseball game and found that someone had stuck their used chewing gum to my passenger side window—how do I get gum off my car window?

Luckily, to get gum off your car window—or any glass, for that matter—isn’t too difficult and can be achieved with a few ice cubes and a little bug remover spray.
Your best course of action is to:
- Try and pull as much of it off as possible.
- Use an ice cube to harden whatever’s left.
- Hold an ice cube against the gum directly or stick the ice in a plastic bag first.
- After the remaining gum has hardened, peel it off.
- If any stickiness or residue remains, use a bug remover product and a clean rag to wipe down the area.
