How are driving tests scored?

My driving test is just around the corner, and I’m a bit nervous. I feel confident about my skills, but I’m not sure what to expect. How does an examiner score a driving test?

Getting your
license
is an exciting time! Try not to be too nervous about your exam.
Driving tests are scored by an examiner on a scorecard. Generally speaking, this scorecard has a list of driving infractions and the number of points associated with each.
If you make a mistake, the examiner checks the box next to the infraction. At the end of your driving test, they add up all the points to determine if you passed or not.
With any luck, you’ll do great on your test! But before you can legally get behind the wheel, remember that you’ll need car insurance. The
