We bought the Texas EZ Tag because it also works in Oklahoma and Kansas, but we’re planning a trip through Missouri, too. Does the Texas toll tag work in Missouri?

Neither the Texas EZ Tag nor the TxTag works in Missouri. However, there is only one toll road in Missouri—the Lake of the Ozarks Community Bridge—and it’s only payable in cash.
Unless you plan to travel across that specific bridge on your trip, you won’t need to worry about any toll fees in Missouri.
