Does the Tesla Model 3 have Android Auto?

I’m finally doing it! I’m buying a Tesla. My friend told me I won’t be able to listen to my tunes through my phone though. Is that true—does the Tesla Model 3 not have Android Auto?

Congratulations on your new car purchase! Your friend is half-right when it comes to your phone. The Tesla Model 3 does not have Android Auto smartphone integration—in fact, no Teslas are equipped with this feature or Apple CarPlay. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t still listen to your tunes and podcasts—it just means you can’t run your apps through the Tesla’s infotainment system.
