Does the standard Honda warranty cover the battery?
I have a 2021 Honda and didn’t purchase the extended warranty, but I’ve been having issues with my battery for the past few months. Is the battery covered under the standard warranty?

Car batteries don’t come cheap, so having them covered under the standard

warranty would be ideal. Luckily, the Honda battery warranty is included in the basic warranty and provides coverage for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. However, if you purchase a replacement battery from an authorized Honda dealer, it will be covered by a Honda 100-month battery warranty coverage.Do keep in mind that the Honda 100-month battery warranty coverage doesn’t replace the battery free of charge—it provides credit towards purchasing a replacement battery based on the current battery retail price. The driver will be liable for labor and installation charges if you have the battery installed.
