Does the Ford Maverick XLT have cruise control?
We’re going to buy a 2022 Ford Maverick, but I haven’t decided which trim level I want. Does the Maverick XLT have cruise control?

The Ford Maverick XLT does have cruise control. The lower-level trim, the XL, does not.
Here are the available cruise control options for each Maverick trim level:
- Ford Maverick XL: The XL does not offer cruise control or an option to add cruise control, so you’d have to buy a higher trim or get an aftermarket kit.
- Ford Maverick XLT: Regular cruise control comes included, but there’s no available adaptive cruise control option.
- Ford Maverick Lariat: The Lariat has regular cruise control included, but you can get the Lariat Luxury Package for $3,750, which will get you adaptive cruise control along with lots of other perks.
