The 2010 BMW 328i does have Bluetooth capability, but some trim levels don’t come standard with it. Some BMW models will have steering wheel-mounted controls for Bluetooth, while others will not.
If you’re unsure whether your model has Bluetooth, refer to your owner’s manual for details. If your BMW 328i does have Bluetooth, you’ll have to pair your phone before you can use it. Instructions for pairing can also be found in your owner’s manual.
