Does the 2008 Mazda 6 have Bluetooth?

I’m borrowing my brother’s 2008 Mazda 6. There’s no owner's manual, and he can’t tell me whether or not there’s Bluetooth so I’m turning to you! Does the 2008 Mazda 6 have Bluetooth?

It’s possible that your brother’s 2008
Mazda 6
is equipped with Bluetooth and he’s just never used it. But, there’s also a chance that it doesn’t have Bluetooth.
The 2008 Mazda 6 had Bluetooth available as an option for some, but not all,
trim levels
. If you fiddle around with it and don’t find any Bluetooth capability, you can always check the
online owner’s manual
. If that doesn’t work, it’s probably not equipped—but that doesn’t mean you’re out of luck.
You can
add a Bluetooth adapter
to your brother’s Mazda 6. It’s affordable and easy to install, and just as easy to remove if you’re brother’s not happy with it!
Aftermarket Bluetooth adapters plug into a vehicle’s auxiliary auditory jack or the cassette deck, so it doesn’t have to be a permanent fixture to the car. You can take the adapter with you to plug into your own car after you’re done borrowing your brother’s!
As a side note, Bluetooth connectivity is super handy and makes phone calls from the car a little safer and easier. However, this technology doesn’t guarantee distraction-free driving, so we suggest brushing up on
safe driving tips
before you head out.
