Does the 2008 Cadillac DTS have Bluetooth?

Does the 2008 Cadillac DTS have Bluetooth? I’m looking for an older used vehicle, but ideally one that I can still play music straight from my phone while I’m driving.

Based on available vehicle specs, car reviews, and Cadillac press releases around the time, it appears the 2008
Cadillac DTS
didn’t have Bluetooth as an available option yet.
It looks like the 2009 Cadillac DTS was the first model year for the DTS to come standard with Bluetooth, but it’s designed to handle hands-free phone calls, so you wouldn’t have much luck streaming music from your phone.
However, if other factors make the DTS more appealing to you than other cars, the lack of Bluetooth as a built-in feature doesn’t necessarily have to be a dealbreaker. Here are a few options you could consider:
  • Use an aftermarket Bluetooth adapter
  • Upgrade your car radio to one with Bluetooth capabilities
  • Use an aux cord
Once you pick out the right vehicle for you, remember to make sure it’s protected by the right amount of
