The 2007 Acura MDX does have Bluetooth. That was actually the first year that the feature was offered across all trim levels. Once you pair your phone to the system, you can make and receive phone calls hands-free, as well as use voice recognition to contact people in your phone contacts.
The 2007 MDX’s Bluetooth won’t stream audio from your phone like what you’ll find in modern cars, though. This earlier version of Bluetooth connectivity can only make and receive phone calls.
