Do wealthy people still need to buy car insurance?

My wife and I are going to be spending our honeymoon in Brazil, and we want to do at least a little exploring away from our beach resort. Should I rent a car?

I just got my driver’s license, and I was told that young drivers in my state have a curfew requirement. I usually finish working pretty late—sometimes later than the curfew time/ Will I get in any trouble for driving past curfew?

Should I be practicing my driving often, or is it okay to just drive once per week? I have my learner’s permit right now, but I hate driving because it makes me nervous. I know that I need to practice but I would rather do it as little as possible.
