Do semi-trucks have cruise control?

I’m very curious about how semi-drivers are able to drive such long distances. I’ve been on long road trips before, and I’m sore after just a few hours in the car. Do semi-trucks at least have cruise control for their drivers?

Vehicles are smaller spaces, but they can seem more and more cramped on longer
road trips
. Semi-truck drivers are typically on the road for long stretches at a time, but luckily they have cruise control to help reduce their fatigue.
Cruise control in semi-trucks mimics the way humans drive by using an actuator to control the truck, while the truck driver can reduce their pressure on the accelerator. The cruise control in semis can also help save on gas and avoid expensive speeding tickets.
The feature of cruise control can help keep drivers safe on the road, and
