Do driving behavior devices drain your battery?
Will my driving device drain my car's battery? My insurance says I need to keep the device plugged in at all times. My car is older, so I don't want to risk it not starting.

extensively test them to make sure they are safe. If you still don’t want to risk it, you can check with your carrier to see if they offer a mobile app. Most major carriers have a mobile app that you can download that will track the same things for
discounts
that the plugin device does. You would only need to use the app while driving, so it shouldn’t impact your phone’s battery either.”
