“That depends. If you’re financing through them, they will pull your credit, but only if you sign the paperwork permitting them to do so.
It’s one process that must be done to get you qualified for financing. If you’re worried about it, buy your home first and then apply for a car loan later.
There are many other documents a dealership or lender need when financing a vehicle for you. Be sure to
come prepared
