I’m thinking of getting a used 2020 Acura Tl that I saw posted for sale the other day. The most important thing for me in a car is gas mileage and how often I have to fill up. How big is the gas tank on the Acura Tl anyway?

I learned in driving school that you can only get a driving while intoxicated (DWI) ticket if your blood alcohol content (BAC) is 0.08% or higher. My friend says it depends on your size and how drunk you seem during a field sobriety test. Who’s right? What blood alcohol level is classified as driving while intoxicated?

Can I use power of attorney to get a car loan? I don't currently have a car. My uncle is sick and I'm taking care of him. He needs me to take him to doctors' appointments and on errands, but without a car, we're stuck. He said I could finance a car in his name because I have bad credit. I also have power of attorney over his matters.
