Can you use someone else's roadside assistance for towing?
Are we allowed to use someone else's roadside assistance? My boyfriend's mom has roadside assistance. My car stalled while I was with my boyfriend. He said that we should just use his mom's roadside assistance instead of paying out of pocket.

Most of the time the roadside assistance policy holder must be present. If your boyfriend is listed on the policy for roadside assistance, then you should be able to use the towing service.
When the roadside assistance does show up, they may ask for identification. If you’re not the person on the card, they likely will refuse the service. Since you aren’t paying the membership fee, they can refuse service.
