Unfortunately, you can’t flat tow a Toyota Highlander.
You probably already know that flat towing involves attaching a tow bar to a vehicle and letting it roll behind a motorhome or another vehicle on its own four wheels.
Flat towing a Toyota Highlander could lead to severe transmission and drivetrain damage and should not be attempted. If you want to tow your Highlander, you should tow it on a flatbed trailer. Consult your owner’s manual for detailed instructions on how to safely tow your Toyota Highlander.
