The Chevy Spark can certainly give you some great mileage compared to a truck! The good news is that you can flat tow a 2019 Chevy Spark—but only if you have the right model. The only 2019 Spark that’s flat tow-capable is the Chevy Spark LS with a manual transmission.
The manual transmission allows you to shift the car into neutral and effectively disengage the drivetrain while you drive, avoiding damage in the process. However, the automatic transmission won’t put the car in fully neutral or tow mode, which causes damage to the drivetrain and the transmission.
