I have only been living in my new subdivision for a few weeks now. I have noticed that the HOA president keeps driving by and taking pictures of the front of my house and the garage, but she didn't ask my permission. Can the HOA take pictures of your home whenever they want to?

The short answer is yes, the HOA (homeowners association) that you are a member of can take pictures of the exterior of your home usually whenever they want to. Look at the bylaws that apply to your community—it will state what the HOA can and can’t do.
