Can I get my car insured on the weekend?
I am currently trying to purchase my first car. However, I work crazy hours at my job and only have time for car shopping on Sundays. How do I get my car insured on the weekend?

Good news! There are multiple ways to make sure your new weekend purchase is insured and legal to drive right off the lot.
Most national insurance companies are operating 24/7, so you can contact your provider by phone or online to set up your policy with a direct-to-consumer option.
You may also be able to get insured before you buy. If you know the car you’re going for, and have access to some important info, like the vehicle identification number and the purchase price, you may be able to pre-insure your car. This will allow you to grab that new car without worry.
