Can I get free or almost free car insurance?
I've heard that you can get cheap or free car insurance if you demonstrate financial need. I'm a college student with a good driving record and good grades. Unfortunately, my job let me go due to the pandemic. Is there any way at all I can get free car insurance? And if so, how?
