“It may depend on the reason you were required to get your
SR-22 auto insurance
. For example, if you have it because of a DUI, you may be unable to apply for a CDL until your term expires, but if you got it for other reasons, you may still be eligible (at least for the test), depending on the state DMV.SR-22s don’t last forever, so the worst you may have to do is wait it out.”
