I just bought a used Lexus from a private seller. He told me that the warranty is 100% transferable, and after some research, it looks like he’s right. However, I still want to buy an extended warranty if possible. Can I get an extended warranty on a used Lexus?

You can definitely buy an extended warranty on a used Lexus as long as the Lexus you purchased is still under the original manufacturer’s warranty. That means that if your used Lexus has fewer than 50,000 miles or is less than four years old, you should be able to purchase an extended warranty.
You can also choose between the Platinum, Gold, or Powertrain warranties, which offer different levels of coverage to suit your needs and budget.
