Who is at fault when the weather causes an accident? Despite the extremely rainy weather, my partner and I needed to go to the grocery store. On our way back, the rain started to come down even harder and it was difficult to see the road. He stopped suddenly at a stop sign that wasn’t visible until the last minute, and the vehicle behind us hit our car.
