Are tire pressure sensors covered under Ford’s warranty?
My tire pressure warning light keeps going off, and the guy at the tire shop said it’s actually the sensors that are malfunctioning, not the tires themselves. Are the sensors covered by Ford’s warranty?

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) issues can be incredibly annoying, but I’m glad your tires are okay—those are expensive to replace! Whether tire pressure sensors are covered under Ford’s warranty depends on if their malfunction is caused by a manufacturer’s defect or not.
If the sensors are simply defective, then they’ll absolutely be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, if the sensors stop working for other reasons—like dust or debris—then they will not be covered by Ford’s warranty.
Your best bet is to take your vehicle straight to the Ford dealership. There, they can tell you exactly what’s causing your TPMS issues, what needs to be done to repair them, and whether or not these repairs are covered under warranty.
